Email Laurene to schedule a free 15 to 30-minute phone call or an in-person meeting to discuss your goals. We’ll go over your current health routine, lifestyle, and budget to find the best Pilates program for you.

A fitted shirt or top with fitted leggings or shorts are ideal. If your hair tends to fall into your eyes, tie your hair up. A light shirt or jacket can be nice to warm up in. 

Please consult with your doctor, physical therapist, or healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.

There are many pilates exercises to choose from and many more modifications to these exercises. We can develop and personalize a full body workout for each person. Make sure you communicate with me about your personal issues. 

You can purchase individual sessions and classes through the online scheduler on this website. There are packages available for private and semi-private sessions.  Please email me if you have any questions.
I am committed to everyone feeling that their health and wellbeing is protected at my home pilates studio where our sessions are held. There is an air filter in place and we will wear masks as needed. 
 
We clean all equipment after any use, and I encourage everyone to wash their hands before and after any pilates session. I also encourage anyone not feeling well to stay home and rest.

Group mat classes take place at North Fork Karate, 311 2nd St, Paonia CO.
 
Zoom Group Classes take place online from your own location.
